4080 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 4080 platform via the website 4080.pro or our mobile app, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the operator of the 4080 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering or using the platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Account Creation & User Responsibilities

To access the full features of the 4080 platform, you are required to register a personal account. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

By registering, you agree to:

Providing truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
Updating your account information if any of your details change.
Keeping your account password secure and not sharing it with anyone.
Taking full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not it was carried out with your knowledge.

3. Platform Usage Rules

Users of the 4080 platform are prohibited from doing the following:

Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to access or manipulate the platform.
Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
Using another person's account or sharing your account with a third party.
Engaging in any fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activity against other users or the platform.
Posting or distributing content that is unlawful, obscene, threatening, or that infringes on the rights of others.
Transferring funds between accounts for the purposes of money laundering or any other suspicious financial activity.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, balance freeze, and appropriate legal action under applicable Malaysian law.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)

All financial transactions on the 4080 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We do not accept foreign currencies directly, and all user accounts are denominated in RM.

Deposits can be made via approved local payment methods, including online banking, e-wallets, and other available options at the time. The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the deposit page within your account.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

Withdrawals may only be made to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same user's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the method selected and the policies of the relevant financial institution.
4080 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, for compliance and fraud prevention purposes.
Any transactions suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering will be placed on hold pending investigation.
Bonus funds and promotional credits are subject to separate wagering requirements as set out in their respective promotion terms.

4080 is not liable for any losses resulting from processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy

The 4080 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Any financial losses incurred as a result of using the platform.
Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
Acts or omissions by third parties, including payment providers and internet service providers.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Account suspension and closure: The platform reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account with or without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraud, or at the request of relevant authorities. Suspended accounts will be investigated, and any valid remaining balance will be returned at the platform's discretion once the investigation is complete.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, graphics, and source code on the 4080 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of the platform operator and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content without our prior written consent.

Third-party links: The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only, and 4080 does not endorse, guarantee, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website.

Changes to terms: 4080 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
